Two cave houses with terraces, garden and pool area at the edge of a village about 5km from Pinoso. The main house has three bedrooms and one bathroom and the smaller cave has two bedrooms and one bath.
The houses and garden area, which I estimated to be about 500m², are within a total land area of 4,500m². The pool is 10x5 metres and the outside area is the bit of this property that the owners were keenest to stress. The cave nearest the gate, the one with an undulating exterior wall, is the smallest. From the front door into a kitchenette and living room. The corridor to the right of the main door leads off to two bedrooms and a bathroom with corner bath. The main house has an extension onto the cave. The extension houses the large kitchen, 21m². Turning left from the kitchen you enter the cave proper. The living room twists to the right and is almost in two parts, the second part has a wood burner. from this room is one bedroom, currently used as a music room. The Master bedroom is nearest to the kitchen and comes directly from the living room as does the third bedroom. The 12m² bathroom, where the washer is, is opposite the Master bedroom. Ceiling height is good throughout. There is a slight mustiness to the music room but the owners assure me there is no damp.
